Account setup
Create an account and open the panel
Start by opening the 3MVPN account creation page. Creating an account only requires a username and password; no email address is needed. Use the username to sign in to the user panel later and the password to protect your orders, subscription, and client access. For security, use a password that is unique to this service and check it carefully before submitting.
After the page confirms submission, you will enter the user panel. If the browser remains on the login screen, sign in with the username and password you just created. Once inside, make sure you can see entries such as “Account Overview,” “Buy a Plan,” and “Download Client.” Your account is now ready, but it does not yet have an active data allowance. Next, choose a plan and place an order.
If the page says the username is already in use, choose another name that is easy to remember but does not contain public identity information. If you are repeatedly returned to the login page, do not keep creating new accounts. First check that the password is entered consistently, then visit the Support Center for account and login troubleshooting.
Plans and orders
Choose a plan and place an order
On the plans page in the user panel, choose a monthly subscription based on your typical usage. Current monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Monthly data resets each month on the activation date; when you upgrade during a billing period, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Focus on your expected data usage when choosing a plan. You do not need to purchase multiple plans for multiple devices—3MVPN supports unlimited devices.
If your usage is irregular, you can also choose a pay-as-you-go data package that remains valid until used: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Monthly subscriptions and data packages work differently: the former resets on the activation date, while the latter remains available until the allowance is used. Once you have decided, click “Choose This Plan” or “Start Using” for the relevant option to open the order confirmation page.
The order confirmation page shows the amount due and available payment methods. 3MVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Check the plan name, data allowance, and amount before paying, and do not create a duplicate order while payment is processing. After payment returns you to the user panel, wait for the order status to update, then open the account overview to view your subscription. All plans include a 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy; see the plans page and Terms of Service for the application process.
Configuration access
Get your subscription from the account overview
Once the order is active, return to the account overview. The subscription section shows your current plan, remaining data, and the client import entry. The subscription link lets clients read the route configuration and is tied to your account, so protect it like a password. Do not post it in chat groups, public documents, screenshots, or online parsing pages, and do not give it to a client from an unknown source.
When manual import is required, use the copy option in the panel, then switch to the client and paste the link. If you need to identify the link format, use only an obvious example such as https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN; this address cannot connect and contains no real account information. For actual use, copy the link from your own account overview and do not copy the example from this guide.
If the subscription entry is temporarily missing from the overview, first confirm that the order is active, then refresh the page and sign in again. Do not make repeated payments to resolve a status delay. Once the subscription appears, open the client download area in the panel and choose a client for your device. The user panel delivers both clients and subscriptions; this page does not provide static installer links.
Platform import
Import the client on each platform
Open “Download Client” from the user panel and follow the entry provided by 3MVPN for your current operating system. Install the client before importing the subscription. Menus differ by platform, but the process is the same: open subscription management, choose import from a link or URL, paste the subscription link copied from the account overview, save it, and refresh the route list.
Windows client
Download and install the Windows client from the user panel. On first launch, find subscription management or the configuration entry, choose import by link, paste the subscription address from the account overview, and save it. Return to the main screen and refresh. Once the regional route list appears, choose a route and enable the system proxy or connection switch.
If the client already contains an old configuration, confirm that the selected profile is the 3MVPN subscription rather than a previously saved local configuration. If the import succeeds but the browser does not change, check that the client is connected and that the system proxy was enabled with the connection. There is no need to edit the subscription file manually.
macOS client
Get the macOS client from the user panel and complete the installation. The first time you start it, macOS may ask you to approve network configuration permissions; this is required to establish the system connection. Open the client’s subscription or configuration menu, paste the subscription link using the URL import option, update the configuration, and choose a route.
You can check the current status from the menu bar after connecting. If the client shows as connected but apps still use the original network, quit other network tools that are also controlling the system proxy, then reconnect. If a system permission prompt was not completed, open System Settings, grant the requested permission, and try again in the client.
Android client
Open the Android client entry in the user panel and install it as instructed. In the client, choose Add Subscription, Import from Clipboard, or Import from URL, then paste the link copied from the account overview. Save and refresh, open the route list, choose the target region, and tap the connection switch.
The first time a connection is established, Android displays a network connection permission prompt. Confirm it so the client can handle network requests on the device. If the connection stalls after switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, disconnect in the client and connect again. For long-term use, adjust background activity permissions according to the client’s system settings instructions.
iOS client
Open the iOS client entry from the user panel and follow its instructions to reach the appropriate download channel. After installation, open the client and choose Add via URL in the subscription or configuration area. Paste and save the subscription link. The first connection may ask you to add a network configuration; confirm it, then return to the client and choose a route.
If tapping import does not open the client automatically, copy the subscription link first and paste it manually inside the client. Even after the connection icon appears, check the currently selected route in the client so you do not remain on an unselected configuration. When changing regions, switch routes in the client first, then check the exit region again.
After importing on the current platform, confirm that the route list refreshes normally before moving on to connection verification. If the list is empty, do not edit characters in the link at random. Return to the account overview and copy it again; this is usually more reliable than correcting it manually.
Connection check
Connect and verify that it works
Once the route list has refreshed, choose a region based on your intended use. For AI tools, streaming, or international sites, prioritize a region explicitly supported by the service; for ordinary browsing, start with a geographically nearby route. Click Connect, wait for the client status to change from disconnected to connected, then test it in a browser.
For verification, close old tabs from the test session and open a new tab to visit the target service. Check that the region shown on the page matches your selected exit region and confirm that the page loads normally. A client switch showing as enabled is not enough; the exit region and actual access result must also match. If the browser retains an old connection result, restart the browser and test again.
Once the connection is confirmed, use it as needed. When changing use cases, you do not need to import the subscription again; simply choose another region from the existing route list. When route information is updated, refresh the subscription to obtain the new configuration. Multiple devices can import the subscription from the same account, but keep the subscription link only on devices under your control.
Continue troubleshooting
Common sticking points and next steps
If subscription import fails, return to the account overview and copy the link again, checking for extra spaces or missing characters. If the route list is empty, use the client’s update subscription or refresh configuration option. If the target service is unavailable after connecting, try another route in the same region, then check whether another network tool is also controlling the system proxy. Follow these checks in order and change one thing at a time so you can identify the affected step.
If the order status, account login, or client authorization issue remains unresolved, visit the Support Center and continue troubleshooting under “Account & Subscription,” “Connection & Troubleshooting,” or “Speed & Routes.” For AI service region detection, persistent connections, API calls, and developer tool configuration, read the AI Access Guide. This page covers the first connection only and does not go into protocols, complex network environments, or developer workflows.
Before submitting a ticket, note the platform, the client’s current status, the selected region, and the troubleshooting steps you have completed. Do not paste the full subscription link into the ticket. A clear description such as “import failed,” “route list is empty,” or “the target service is unavailable after connecting” is more useful for diagnosis than simply saying “it does not work.”
