These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription services provided by 3MVPN. By registering for, purchasing, or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you disagree, stop registering for, purchasing, or using the service.
Service Scope and Features
3MVPN provides cross-border access and network acceleration through international routes, covering 100+ countries / 170+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions available for connection, route names, and client access details are based on the information shown on the service page and user panel at the time.
The service improves the connection path between the user's device and the target network. Actual connection quality may be affected by the user's local network, target service status, device configuration, route maintenance, and changes in network conditions. 3MVPN may adjust route entry points, connection methods, and client configuration for operational, security, or maintenance purposes, without changing the basic benefits of an active subscription.
Account and Subscription Use
No email address is required; users can register with a username and password. Users must keep their login details secure and are responsible for subscription management, route use, and settings changes made through their account. If credentials are exposed or unusual access is detected, change the password promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
Subscriptions support use on an unlimited number of devices, but each account and subscription is limited to the purchaser and their own devices. Users may not sell, rent, or transfer a subscription, publish connection details, or provide access to unspecified third parties by sharing credentials. Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire.
Acceptable Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the target service is located, and must independently confirm the target service's usage rules. 3MVPN must not be used to infringe others' rights, access systems without authorization, distribute unlawful content, send malicious traffic, disrupt network operations, or engage in other unlawful conduct.
If 3MVPN receives a valid judicial or administrative request, or finds that account activity poses a clear risk to routes, systems, or other users, the service may take necessary measures such as restricting connections, suspending the account, or terminating service. Such measures will be limited to risk control and compliance with legal obligations.
Availability and Liability
3MVPN performs route maintenance, system updates, and incident response, but does not guarantee continuous availability in any specific region, for any specific target service, or under any specific network conditions. Changes to a target website's access policy, core network failures, device system restrictions, force majeure, and changes to third-party services may all affect connection results.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users should back up important configurations and assess the potential impact of network interruptions. Losses caused by user device settings, improper credential handling, violations of these terms, or changes to third-party services are the responsibility of the applicable party. Responsibilities that cannot be excluded or limited by law are not affected by these terms.
Refunds and Account Termination
A full refund may be requested within 14 days of the first payment, without giving a reason. Refund requests must be submitted through the user panel so the relevant account and order can be verified. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported payment methods; refund processing is based on order records and the actual payment status.
Users may stop using the service. 3MVPN may suspend or terminate access for accounts that resell subscriptions, publicly share credentials, endanger system operations, use the service for unlawful activities, or refuse to stop clearly prohibited conduct. Termination does not affect obligations incurred before termination or limit rights available to users under applicable law.
Changes and Governing Terms
3MVPN may update these terms when services change, laws require it, or security management makes it necessary. Updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be changed accordingly. Important changes affecting user rights will be communicated through available on-site methods.
Updated terms apply to service use after their effective date. Continued use of 3MVPN after an update indicates acceptance of the revised content; if users disagree, they may stop renewing and using the service. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
