Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains how 3MVPN collects, uses, retains, and deletes data while providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions. Please review these rules before using the service.
Data Collected and Processing Purposes
Creating a 3MVPN account requires no email address; a username and password are enough. An email address is not requested during registration. The system stores the username, a password digest, account status, and necessary security records to identify the account, maintain login status, prevent unauthorized access, and handle service requests. Passwords are processed as digests, and the original password is not displayed.
After a subscription or traffic package is purchased, the system creates an order record containing the selected item, amount due, payment status, creation time, and an account-linked order identifier. This information is used to deliver the subscription, verify payment, process refunds, investigate order issues, and respond to support tickets. The system also tracks used and remaining package traffic, but this measurement does not include destinations or transmitted content.
The marketing site may collect aggregate statistics such as page visits, referring pages, browser type, device category, page interactions, and approximate region. These statistics help verify that pages work properly, improve content structure, and investigate abuse. Visit analytics are not used to build a profile of the international websites a user browses.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Records
3MVPN does not record which websites users visit, inspect or retain transmitted content, or create activity logs that associate a username with destinations, DNS requests, traffic content, or exit addresses. Aggregate traffic usage needed to operate the network service is used only for package measurement and does not contain specific browsing content.
Temporary technical information generated during a connection is used only to maintain the current session, assign a route, and handle immediate faults. It disappears when the session ends or when operational needs no longer require it and is not retained as a long-term user activity profile. If a user submits a fault report, diagnostic content in the ticket is handled as ticket data; unrelated private content should be removed before submission.
Cookie and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use Cookie or browser local storage to save login status, language selection, interface preferences, and necessary session identifiers. This data keeps the account session active and restores user choices; it is not used to store records of visits to international websites.
Users can clear Cookie and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status and some preferences may be lost, requiring another login or selection. To protect account security, users should sign out and clear saved browser data after using the service on a public device.
Payment Processing and Third-Party Services
3MVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party payment services. 3MVPN receives the payment result, transaction identifier, and status information needed to complete an order, but does not directly store complete credentials for third-party payment accounts. Third-party services process payment data under their own privacy rules, which users should review on the relevant page before paying.
Order information is linked to payment results only when needed to complete an order, verify a transaction, handle a dispute, or meet necessary compliance requirements. 3MVPN does not expand the collection of data unrelated to an order because of payment processing.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained while the account remains in use. Order records are kept for the period needed to complete service delivery, process refunds, resolve disputes, and meet necessary record-keeping obligations. Visit analytics are retained in aggregate form; data that no longer serves analytical or security purposes is deleted or separated from account identifiers. Ticket content is retained for the period needed to resolve an issue and complete follow-up checks.
Users can submit requests to access, correct, or delete account data through the user panel’s ticket function. Before requesting deletion, users should confirm that subscriptions and order matters they still need have been handled. For orders or security records that must legally be retained, 3MVPN will restrict their use and delete them once the retention reason ends. After account deletion, service data that cannot be restored may no longer be available.
Policy Updates and Effective Date
This policy may be updated when service features, data processing methods, or applicable rules change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be changed. Significant changes affecting data use or user rights will be explained through notification methods available within the site.
Updates do not change the no-logs position already stated. Before continuing to use the service, users may review this page to confirm the current rules. Questions about data processing can be submitted through the user panel, where support staff can review and handle them based on account and order records.
